The Best (Vegan) Fudgesicles Ever!


These decadent pops are 100 percent dairy-free and took about 5 minutes to whip up. I use this popsicle mold and LOVE it — so stay tuned for more frozen goodies in the weeks to come!

Vegan Fudgesicles

Ingredients:

  • 1 14 oz. can coconut milk
  • 1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 3 T. sugar
  • 2 t. vanilla
  • 1/2 t. sea salt

Instructions:

Place all ingredients into a large measuring cup and whisk till well combined.
Pour mixture into popsicle molds*, leaving about 1/2″ from the tops to allow for expansion. Freeze for about 30 minutes; insert popsicle sticks into each mold and cover. Freeze till solid.
Run molds over warm water to remove popsicles.

*Note: I purchased this set of mini-beakers a while back; they are perfect for mess-free measuring and pouring!
