
These decadent pops are 100 percent dairy-free and took about 5 minutes to whip up. I use this popsicle mold and LOVE it — so stay tuned for more frozen goodies in the weeks to come!
Vegan Fudgesicles
from Food52Ingredients:
- 1 14 oz. can coconut milk
- 1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
- 3 T. sugar
- 2 t. vanilla
- 1/2 t. sea salt
Instructions:
Place all ingredients into a large measuring cup and whisk till well combined.Pour mixture into popsicle molds*, leaving about 1/2″ from the tops to allow for expansion. Freeze for about 30 minutes; insert popsicle sticks into each mold and cover. Freeze till solid.
Run molds over warm water to remove popsicles.
*Note: I purchased this set of mini-beakers a while back; they are perfect for mess-free measuring and pouring!
